Phone Support

I have a Motorola RAZR VE-20 from Sprint. I understand that Operia mini 5 may not support all phones, and that mine may be among the non-supported phones, but I would like to see the phone on the Opera phone wizard so that I can see which version is recommended for it. Can this be arranged. I am currently running 4.2.

Your phone is not present in opera's download wizard list.

Opera Mini 5.1 and Opera Mobile 10 on Nokia 5230 Series 60 5th Edition.
Opera 10.63 on Windows 7 Ultimate.

Ok, I agree that it is not.

However, when I go to download 5.0 through the phone (using Opera 4.2), my phone is correctly identified, and 5.0 is the highest on the list of recommended browsers.

If it is not supported, I should see 4.2 as the highest recommended browser at that point.

So,5.0 doesnt work on your phone?

Correct. I cannot start to enter a link or a search term and backspace - it kicks me out of the text box. I cannot use the full edit page - clicking on submit locks up the browser and I have to manually kill the who application.

Oddly enough, neither problem was present in the initial beta.
