opera 10.51 still opens port 1900. i dont know why. i thought this issue was fixed. can anyone confirm?

Summing up: Listening on port 1900 has nothing to do with your router. This issue has no security implications. It is however a bug that is listens on port 1900 regardless of whether UPnP service discovery is enabled or not, and we're looking at why it happens. Should be a quick fix
