Tab titles update unreliably
Sometimes after following a link, especially when loading several URLs in background tabs in a row, the tab titles are not all updated reliably. Some only contain the HTML title from a previous redirector page. Some still contain "Empty page". They also do not all show the favicon.Some links would help. Are the pages fully loaded?
