Change Opera Scrollbar Color?
Is there some way to do this? On my system, the scrollbar is light grey, and the slider is a just barely perceptible darker grey, making in darned near impossible to see.Note that I'm not talking about the MSIE CSS extensions that allow web page authors to change the color. I don't want that to ever happen. I just want to set it to colors that are easy for me to distinguish, and have it stay that way.
Thanks,
James
It depends on the skin. Try a different skin (Customise appearance and search for new skins compatible with Opera 10.5) or edit the skin and do some gamma correction on the scrollbar images.

Thanks for the suggestion. I tried looking at some skins (had never used them before), and found one (mironix_light-x) that helps a little without messing up everything else. I'd still like to have one with a distinct color difference - say blue on the existing grey, or similar.
I also tried editing the default skin, by setting COLOR in [Scrollbar Vertical Knob Skin], which I think should define the slider properties. All it does, though, is to put two very thin (maybe just 1 pixel) lines of the color at the top & bottom of the slider. Any suggestions?
