For future reference, the easiest way is to bookmark the custom button link that you found in the forum, the Wiki, or other places. Then Opera Sync will transfer your bookmarks for you and you can add them back from the bookmarks.
However, tracing the links where you found all of the buttons is not always possible. The other way is to open the customise dialogue, and drag all of your custom buttons to the My Buttons palette.
Then, open your customised toolbar.ini file and copy the section [Customize Toolbar Custom.content]. Create a new toolbar setup in the new installation, and paste this section over the same section in that.
