Feeds Missing in OM 5 while its OM 4.2 working o.k..

I have Re- installed both OM 5 and 4.2 and after Sync in both I found my feeds missing in OM 5 but its working and showing correctly in OM 4.2.
Any body facing same problem then please report..

OM5 doesn't do Feeds syncing.
