How to deactive new tabs?

I don't want to active new open tabs, it's annoying. But i don't know how to setup it.

Right-click on a link, open in background tab. Or, Ctrl Shift Click on links. Or add a mouse gesture (preferences, shortcuts, mouse setup:

GestureDown = Open link in background page | New page

Middle click or ctrl+shift click instead of shift+click?

I tried to find it in the setups, but i didn't findout.
It's so simply, but i didn't pay attention on the right click.
