Wow!!! Thank You!!!!
I just recently upgraded from 10.10 to 10.51 and I must say...Wow!!! And thank you, Team Opera!!!!
Opera finally got the blue themed tab bar right (blue is a business color;
compare Megaupload [orange] with Rapidshare [dark blue], which
of these file storage services looks more business-friendly and professional?
Hint: It's not the orange one.)
Also, I love it the way the "remember this password" bar slides out from under
the address bar. The old version had a pop-up instead, which was annoying
as it prevented the page from loading until you clicked an option.
Also, I love the Opera button at the top left and making use of the title bar to
increase screen real estate.
Having said all the pros about the new version, there is a con:
I cannot quite put my finger on it, but methinks the design was done by a man.
As I have stated many times in the past, even though we are more visual
than females, males generally have awful tastes when it comes to design.
I mean, take a look at fashion, for instance. It is usually the females, who
dress better than the males. And so, I would like to see further female input
in terms of design in future versions of Opera.
By the way, please ignore all the negative posts about Opera 10.5x on this forum.
It is usually a sign that the more hate threads and messages you receive, the more
you are doing something right...
Cheers!

It is nice to read something positive for once. I changed the skin to the more colourful D.T.A. skin first released for 9.50 with large (32 pixel) icons. I'm too old to recognise small icons at once without a bit of colour. I think a lot of other nice skins will be released before long. Its a pity about the bugs, but 10.52 is not far away, and many issues have been resolved in the month since 10.50 was released.
I love the new find in page toolbar (better at the bottom though), and the speed increase is very noticeable. I don't think the big O menu itself is well designed, though the icon and its position is fine. I fixed the button to show my customise browser main menu, plus my mail access points menu. Now all of the menu items I need are within easy reach on a single button.

This is utter nonsense. Opera was the first browser to implement functionality that allowed the page to load while waiting to decide whether you wanted it to save the password. They implemented that quite some time ago, actually.
And given the number of themes available, your comment about the color is nonsensical, as well. You have always been able to make whatever you wanted pretty much any color.
I'm glad you're happy with it, but come with real comments before denigrating everyone who is having an issue.

Thanks for the Nice skin recommendation, I downloaded it and like it too!

Another impressive new feature: Find as you type. Ctrl + F and try it for yourself. Loved the green bubble.
New? I don't think so.
Also, it's poorly redesigned. And green bubbles hide nearest letters in the found words (assuming that user type for finding, not for bubbling).

It's fine. There is no problem with the green bubble -- even on the small font sizes.
Overall, I'm rather impressed with 10.5x.
In addition:
=> Love web page dimming when type-as-you-go page find yields results.
=> Love the new address bar "smart" input, almost puts IE's domain name highlighting to shame.
=> Love the previous searches function on the new and improved search bar.
