Image opened on two tabs with two different sizes has its size handled globally.Attempt to example:
Open this on a new background tab; assuming the size of the new pic is different (which is random but happens frequently) the image above shall be appear blurry
a) does anyone know if this is a known bug?
b) can someone translate it to a more technical language?
