Really ticked off right now
While I was doing my income tax tonight Opera somehow managed to upgrade itself and AGAIN like every time I get upgraded (I try to avoid upgrades) It lost all the passwords to all the sites I usually just have to click on to open...PLUS now I have been trying for 2 hours to getmy toolbars back to the way *I* like them..not someone else and haven't succeeded yet...but I will.......
just need to get that off my chest and try to get to sleep...

I would like some simple and clear help on how to get toobars back and also how to get view back and how to get rit of VOICE which
I never use...
Not only is it inappropriate, it's in the wrong forum, and has a poor topic title 
If you don't install the Voice Libraries/plugin... problem solved, otherwise you should be able to delete the ..\Voice\* (I think?) folders from your Profile, and maybe the main Opera installation directory as well (been awhile since I bothered since it's broken so often).
As for the rest, once you get it setup right, make back-ups either your whole profile directory, or simply the stuff you need from it like:
..\Keyboard\*
..\Menu\*
..\Mouse\*
..\Toolbars\*
bookmarks.adr
contacts.adr
search.ini
speeddial.ini
urlfilter.ini
wand.dat
and possibly "cookies4.dat" though I'm not sure if that works (by that file alone) since I never bother to save them.
