Is it possible to change the order of tabs?

I have set Opera to open new tabs next to the current one. I think this is very convenient.

But it looks really silly when I click on the "+" in the tab bar and the new tab isn't opened at the end...

So: is it possible to create a button that either moves a tab or directly opens a new one at the end, no matter what my settings are...?

Using Windows 7 64Bit SP1 and of course Opera
(If nothing else stated the most current weekly) on a nice Dell Studio XPS 16!

I use double-click or middle-click on free space next to last tab it opens new tab at the end. And I save space cause I deleted that [+] button.
