Flash on moblie browsers

How would pinch to zoom work on flash object in mobile browsers?

Can a flash object override the a browsers native operations.

For instance, could a flash object disable a browser's flick scrolling.

In desktop browser you have scrollbars and the scroll-wheel to control scrolling, the mouse cursor to mouse-over things, and mouse-clicks to to click on things.

In mobile browsers you have to replicate scrollbars, mouse-overs, and mouse-clicks using a touch screen input.

Clicks can be be replicated by finger taps.

Scrolling can be replicated by sliding your finger a cross the screen.

Now if scrolling is tied to sliding your finger a cross the screen, what is left for mouse-over effects.

Could this be a reason why Flash is not yet widely supported in mobile browsers?

Do you think browser developers think about things like this?

Plus not many phones have flashlite. I hope html5 would bring flash content to the phone.
