Is it possible to save the changes you have done at a website?

Right now I am doing some changes with http://google.no . For example: Changing the image URL to another URL and when I am finished with the changes; Is it possible to save it to a HTML file or something like that? I don't want to change the whole google site, but have a HTML or another use-able document saved at my computer that I can open and view it in Opera, Internet Explorer, Firefox etc. . Is that possible??
Please tell how smile

Quick 'n dirty solution would be to just paste-n-go the following in address bar,
then you'll get something to save.

javascript:document.documentElement.textContent

Haven't that much experience with CSS(disregard:hmm, Opera...come on now...no "CSS" in dictionary?)
customization in Opera, so if changes occur elsewhere, then...

There are two buttons at the top left in the DOM view tool bar. Use first 'Expand the DOM tree' and then 'Export current DOM view'. Then you have to copy past that to a new file manually. Not perfect, but should work for your use-case.
