How to make the Password Manager store login details?

Hello

Since I've upgraded to V10.51, I'm unable to store new logins and passwords in the password manager (formerly Wand).

When I submit the login name and password manually at a new site, I see a blank bar appearing from left to right below the Address Bar, however, there is no dialogue (store or not store password) or any button to click on in the bar.

Any help is appreciated.

set opera:config#Speed%20Dial%20State to 0,1 or 2

Setting it to 0 made the Save Password dialogue visible.
