Opera 10.51 does not respect Windows 7 UAC (default level, notch 3 of 4)
If I try to save a file in Opera 10.51 to restricted folders, like the root C:\ drive, C:\Program Files\xxxxx, etc., Opera will "download" the file. However, the file will be "lost" in a black hole and can't be found. This is apparently because Opera 10.51 does not activate a UAC prompt, so Windows (7) never gives permission for the file to be written.Please fix this. I did a forum search for "UAC" and turned up nothing relevant.
