Find not working for me

When I choose Find (with either Edit/Find or ".") all I get is a blank blue bar under the toobar. There is no place to enter a search term. I tried deleting the search.ini file in profile folder but no change. Using Opera USB 10.51 build 3315.

Did you try standard skin?

Opera 10.5x breaks all old skins!

I found that I needed to do a clean install of Opera USB. Find on page function now works as advertised. The problem was that I was using toolbar.ini and menu.ini files from the ui folder on my desktop version of Opera. I had edited those files and they conflict with USB version.

Happily, my old skin, iMacOS Lars (Best.Skin.Ever!) still works.
