Press and hold the middle "select" button on top of the button/speed dial you want to delete. Then select delete. Or else, just move your cursor on top of the item you want to delete and press "1" (on a non-touch phone). That will also bring out that menu.

This is equavalent to the "right click" menus (I think) on most desktop applications.
