Open a Start Page when running Opera Mini 5 from command line

Hello, I am running Opera Mini 5 (OM5) MIDlet from the command line / shortcut link on my device.
I want to redirect the user to a particular start page (not pre-configured). Is this possible using OM5? Following are some details of my environment:
OS - Win CE 6.0
JVM - PhoneME.
Is the following command line possible?
\<path to jvm> <path to OM5 jar> www.google.com

Please let me know if you need more details. Any information or pointers would be really appreciated.
