Do widgets have access to User JS stored on the defined User JS directory of the Browser ?

Try making a user JS file with the following contents and run a widget - nothing will happen.

(function(){
window.addEventListener(
  'DOMContentLoaded',
  function () {
	if(window.widget){
		widget.showNotification('User JS works in widgets!', void (null));
		opera.postError('User JS works in widgets!');
	}
  },false)
})();

Though if a script has a syntax error you will see an error i the console.
So the answer is NO, as far as i can say.
