10.00 Final loads slow

With or without "Turbo" on, it loads slowly. Very slowly. Why?

Not all the time, mind you. Just most of the time. Nobody has this issue?

Yes we all have this issue and about the "turbo", I don't like to keep it ON cause many times it makes pages load much slower( sometimes don't load at all, server issue I assume?) and top of that pictures are in bad quality(which is tho turbos purpose to do).
