Problem: m.cnn.com automatically redirects to cnnmobile international site
I have Opera Mobile 10. I am using Windows Mobile 6.5 on a Samsung Intrepid. I am in the United States. The problem is that every time I go to m.cnn.com on Opera Mobile, it is wrongly redirected to the cnnmobile.com international site. I want the m.cnn.com United States site.
When I try m.cnn.com on Internet Explorer Mobile, the US site comes up with no problem.
How can I get the m.cnn.com site to come up correctly as a US site on Opera Mobile?
I disagree with this statement: This is a case of browser sniffing on behalf of the CNN webmaster and is something that's out of Opera's control.
I'm on Opera Mini 5, and I can type m.cnn.com or cnnmobile.com into the address bar, and I'm taken to the mobile CNN page. However, if I try to add either address into Speed Dial, Opera Mini stores a different address than what I have entered! This is an Opera Mini bug. I should be able to store any URL I want as a Speed Dial; it shouldn't try to "correct" my URL, which obviously makes it worse.
At this point I'm forced to type the URL every time I want to visit the site; I cannot just press *3. Terrible.
