How it's called that saves thumbnails of speed dials? (speeddial.ini)

opera cache
saved sessions
browsing history
?
So if I turn it off on start up I will always get a refreshed thumbnail of a speed dial (for example) without affecting other things.

Not sure about what you are asking, but thumbnails are stored in profile/thumbnails.
OS: Manjaro Linux x86_64 (most of the time)

Just open a speed dial tab and click on reload.

I didn't ask where it's stored.
I asked how it's called the process of storing it.
