A better solution for moving tab to new window on windows panel
The new behavior of the windows panel is not as convenient as before in the action of slightly dragging a tab entry. I would suggest using a drop zone to move a tab to a separated new window instead of slightly drag and drop to open a new window.Reasons for new implementation is not that good:
1) The new panel gives no way to select multiple tabs by clicking directly onto the tab users want to do operations as a 1st tab.
2) If the entry is dragged and dropped across one or more entries, it is moving its position to corresponding ordering. This makes the actions for ordering tabs inconsistent.
Reasons for suggesting using the old behavior + "new window" drop zone within the windows panel :
1) drop zone is well known
2) it is just like dropping on area inside windows panel where no entry exists, should be easy to implement
3) Consistent for ordering actions.
