Secure site issue with 10.5x
Citizens Bank https://www.citizensbankonline.com/I cannot logon with any build of 10.5x. If I manually pull up the Security Info, I get:
The server does not support TLS renegotiation....
Works fine (without the message) on 10.1

That is just telling you that the server doesn't support tls renegotion, it should stil load the site
you should check you're settings and see if tls is enabled
Opera:config search for tls

The renegotiation message is about this issue: http://my.opera.com/securitygroup/blog/2010/01/23/alpha-testing-tls-renego-fix
The login page loads fine for me, and if I understand correctly it does for you as well, which means it is NOT a TLS issue, but most likely either a scripting or serverside issue.
