Thanks. The config option worked to get rid of the screen shot previews. I unchecked all thumbnail tab tooltips options.
However, there is still an annoying text box (with title: address: security: info) that comes up when I scroll over the tabs now.
Is there a way so that nothing pops up when moving your cursor over the tabs? Thanks!

Preferences, Browsing, and disable "Show Tooltips."
