[3347/6306/8322] Post-Easter build
The Desktop Team must be back from holidays (that was a short holiday) because we have new builds to try. They say they're working on the cookie domain issue and also cache issues ... though I see at least one crasher mentioned (besides the one below) ...Note: When discussing new issues please mention which Operating System you use, including the version (and the distribution and Desktop Environment on UNIX/Linux).
Known Issues
Possible crashes with crashes when closing tabs: Let us know
Mac
Some stability problems on PPC
Fonts may be cut off when scrolling
UNIX
No KDE integration
Black drop down menus for some KDE3 users
Some command line options don't work
Problems with some font settings, resulting in narrow and multi-colored fonts on some websites
Broken keyup event (which in turn breaks keyboard shortcuts for the O Menu and tab switching)

AutoScroll Bug (DSK-287121)
Autoscroll doesn't work in sites with frames in Opera 10.50
When I try to use the middle button for the autoscroll in a website with frames (http://shii.org/2ch/), it just doesn't work.
It shows the arrow, but doesn't move. Works fine in sites without frames. Don't know if it is just me.

Area Grayed Out "Ask Me Before Accepting Cookies" (DSK-288875)
1. open a website
2. right click and go to "edit site preferences"
3. choose "Cookies" tab.
4. "Ask me before accepting cookies"
5. Area grayed out
Still there since 10.10 final

Area Grayed out "Remember Choice & do not show dialogue again" (DSK-288131)
This is a chronic bug. Is it still unknown to developers?
Steps to reproduce:
1. Download jpeg image from any website. For example download wallpaper from www.zedge.com
2. When download file dialogue pops-up, "Remember Choice & do not show dialogue again" is always greyed out. In all cases. On all websites.

Ubuntu 11.10 , Windows 7
Still there since 10.50 final.
1. Double click a word in a webpage. (for example the word is "hello")
2. Click "go to web address" in context menu.
3. Opera will search the word "hello" with default search engine, instead of going to www.hello.com
Opera 10.10 will go to www.hello.com
Ubuntu 11.10 , Windows 7
wikipedia field is a custom field in this screenshot.

Ubuntu 11.10 , Windows 7
Please someone confirm this.
1. Open a website.
2. Press Ctrl+D.
3. Make sure details are hidden. If not press detail button.
4. Click "create in" drop down menu.
5. Move your mouse below 4th or 5th bookmark folder. In other words move your mouse below the main dialogue box but still over some bookmark folder.
6. Try to scroll the drop down menu with mouse wheel.
It wont scroll.

1. Go to File menu >> Sessions >> Manage Sessions
2. Check "Open tabs inside current window"
3. Click "Close".
4. Try opening a session. Still it will open in a new window.
5. Again go to File menu >> Sessions >> Manage Sessions
6. See if ""Open tabs inside current window" is still checked?

Ubuntu 11.10 , Windows 7
Sometimes file downloading hangs at 99.9% while the file has actually been completely downloaded. It's been there since 10.50 final.

Ubuntu 11.10 , Windows 7
1. You have to add some custom searches to your search.ini file in order to reproduce this problem. (i have about 24 custom searches)
2. Click on Tab Bar >> Customize >> Appearance...
3. Click "Buttons" tab.
4. Click "Search" panel.

You have to drag and resize the dialogue box in order to make all the searches shown properly. It doesn't seem to be a bug, however it's a problem. See if Opera devs have some solution.
Ubuntu 11.10 , Windows 7
- Context Menu Search Bug - search results open here in the current tab (I had the same behaviour in previous builds though)
- Sessions Can't Open In Current Window (DSK-292477) - I just didn't try it
- Download Stops at 99.9% - any chance you have NOD32 v4 installed? I had many problems with moved profile folders (icons, cache,...) to another drive through junction points. NOD32 made Opera frequently freeze. Under NOD32 Real-time file system protection settings I deactivated Scan on "File open" and "File creation". Now the problems are gone and I also didn't experience the hanging downloads anymore.
I'm using build 3347 on Win7 32bit

Thanks for confirming all the bugs.
As for "Context Menu Search Bug", yes it's been fixed. I wonder how did i make the mistake to post it here. May be when i was reproducing all the above bugs in 3347, I by mistake reproduced this one in 10.51final. (10.51 is also installed on my pc)
i had noted that this bug had been fixed in pre-easter build. but when i by mistake reproduced it on 10.51 instead of 3347 i thought this bug has come back. Now i have edited the post related to this bug. Again thank you for keeping the record correct.

edit: just closed a tab under the default address bar, no crash. next i'll reapply my address bar and see what happens.
second edit: just closed a tab under my custom toolbar which includes a custom address bar with no crash. this build if it performs like this is looking like a very good candidate to install over my 10.2 copy.
I perform forward and backward mouse gestures to go forward and backward, and I DO notice page reloads, which is precisely what "History Navigations Mode = 3" sucessfully avoided in the past...
I'm not sure about if this build (3347) is the faulty one, but it's a fact I can notice...
Confirmations?

New Style Search Drop Down, next to address bar is not shown in appearance dialogue. You will have to resize dialogue box in order to make it appear.
1. Press Shift+F12 (or right click on tab bar >> customize >> appearance...)
2. Click "Buttons" tab.
3. Click "Search" panel.
Drop down that is shown in the picture below is old style drop down.

After riszing the dialogue box, new style search drop down appears. Also Note its insufficient width.

Search Drop Down Menu Too-Wide
1. Open a tab.
2. Right click on address bar >> Customize >> Appearance...
3. Drag search box (that's to the right of address bar) and drop it onto the left of address bar or anywhere you like. (It will revert to old style search box.)
4. Close "Appearance" dialogue box.
5. Click search box down arrow (left of address bar) to show drop down menu.
Drop down menu will be too wide.

Ubuntu 11.10 , Windows 7
after a no issue close system reboot and restart i find that i have dns issues and problem pages aren't loading again. i feel that the only way to fix this issue is to clear out caches and cookies which is unfortunate because i did not install this snapshot copy clean and everything worked.

3347 was used to upgrade the previous build and then when it had issues with the personal bar it was completely removed and then reinstalled, not as an upgrade, but still the problem occurs.

Thanks for that

It is also working fine on my other W7 x64 build. But as an upgrade (or full install having completely removed the previous build) it will work as described on my laptop. The favourite links are shown on the personal bar but it is then totally blank (the bar is still there) when restarted.
Gone back to the older build now on the laptop.

Opera doesn't know the <section> element and others. :/

There seems to be a problem with the search overlay and Frames:

Search for "bilder"
if you click with the mouse near the found word everything is ok. But if you click somewhere at the top of the page, the page stays dark. Probably because the lower part is an iframe...
