Opera NTLM support

Hi all,
there are lot of internal sites in our company and IE automatically signs in when I navigate to those sites. But in Opera, it is asking me the username & password. This is kinda annoying for me. Kindly fix this in future releases.
I'm new Opera, Opera 10.51 seems to be really good. The only issue I have with Opera is it consumes more memory than IE 8.
