Custom hotkeys for Speed Dial pages

Does anyone know I may customize the hotkeys for Speed Dial pages, and how I can break the limit of 25 pages?

It really just frustrates me that only the first nine Speed Dial pages are assigned hotkeys, but not the rest

Thanks to anyone that helps me resolve this issue
