Cannot Download File. Plugin not found error at gosugamers.net

When I visit the site gosugamers.net and download file at the replay section, the "plugin not found" pop up error message appear. And after that when i press yes, i don't know which plugin should i download. By the way, here's the exact link of the file http://www.gosugamers.net/replays/3069261_LastReplay.w3g
