Opera uses the disk intensively

Hi,

Opera 10.51 starts using the disk intensively for a rather long (so it feels) time.
The whole PC seems to be non-responsive.
Could this disk-IO not be partitioned out in time so the PC doesn't become so non-responsive?

Thanks,
Janus66

It's difficult to tell what this could be, but you can download something like Process Monitor and log what Opera is doing on your system.
The Opera Ninja recommends a forum search to find answers to your questions ninja

You may know this... but if you had a lot of tabs/windows open before you exited Opera the last time, in my experience, starting Opera again could take forever. I don't know why, but this has been "normal" for me for a long time (on different machines). Same if Opera crashes.
