Jeg get spam messages like this on opera forum:

Each time i get this shit i get a e-mail informing me about the spam message.
How do i stop getting e-mails about this ?

i have looking in my account setting but cant seem to find anything.

Go to your Inbox and set Allow messages from Friends only. That will prevent random people from spamming you with PMs. However, this doesn't prevent random people from asking to be your friend, and there is no way to prevent that, yet. If I remember correctly they promised that this would be changed at some point (not 100% sure about this, might be just my wishful thinking, so don't quote me on this).
