anyways, smooth-scrolling, scrolling with the mouse produces this problem. even if the video is fully loaded.
using opera 10.52.3347 in windows vista 32-bit
graphic card intel GMA 950. flash updated to latest version 10.0.45.2.
can anyone confirm? or have a solution to this?
