Opera Mini Installed on Motorola i451 - Now the phone won't work!

I downloaded Opera Mini 3 to a Motorola i451 (4 wouldn't install properly and 5 didn't exist at the time). I was able to access the Internet via Opera 3, but then all of a sudden I coulnt make outgoing calls. The message I receive when I dial any number is: "The number you dialed is not in service at this time."

I'm trying to figure out if I have to exit Opera 3 before making a call, and if so, how to do that. Or is there a way to Shut Opera 3 down from a utility menu, etc.? Or do I need to just uninstall Opera Mini 3? I can still receive incoming calls but can't make an outgoing call.

Somebody please help!

You can't make outgoing calls at all, or just within Mini? Neither situation should happen, what happens if you exit Mini (only exit Mini by pressing Menu, exit) and dial the number again?

I exited Opera; tried making a phone call again, and continue to get the same message that a call cannot be completed - no matter what phone number I call...

switch off the phone, pull out the battery, wait ~3min. , reassemble it and try again,

if this doesn't work you have to contact your carrier smile

lol you have access to a landline? They don't like you being on the phone with the issue.

Issue solved - turned out it doesn't seem to have had anything to do with Opera Mini. Instead, a simple setting change on the phone had made it impossible to make outgoing calls. Contacted the carrier, got technical support and fixed the problem. But thanks very much for your interest and response.
