Windows 7 taskbar thumbnails not working
Version: 10.51Build: 3315
Operating system: Windows 7
Platform: PC
Summary: Thumbnails not displaying in w7. It only works on first run everytime i run a different setup (either en or int version). i choose the upgrade option. i check the run opera on finish and thumbnails work on the first run. Nxt restart, thumbnails wont work.
Steps to reproduce

1. Upgrade using setup and check run opera automatically after setup finishes.
2. Restart opera.
3. Thumbnails doesnt work anymore.
Expected result
===============
Thumbnails to display when multiple tabs are open. Also, the green bar when i'm downloading something.
Actual result
=============
It works on first run after upgrade from setup. On following opera restarts, thumbnails will not work regardless of what i set in opera:config
Anyone care to help me. I'm running out of ideas here. Works only on first run after upgrade option in setup. After that, it doesnt work anymore in consequent runs.
