Menu/Dialogs/StatusBar/ScrollBar corruption when using gtk-qt-engine

Reported as DSK-293637

Standard or UNIX skin on Debian Sid 64bit KDE4 4.3.4 or 4.4.2 (from experimental), w/ or w/o Composition, no KDE3 related libs installed except libkde3support4, GTK-QT engine used for GTK apps to look like QT apps.

Using some custom skins like Tango or OpFox fixes the dialogs, the scrollbars, the status bar and the tab thumbnail area but not the menus.
Uninstalling gtk-qt-engine fixes all the rendering errors but will make all GTK apps look different than QT ones, using QTCurve fixes this but i would be stuck with it. sad

We are aware of the problems that present themselves when using gtk-qt-engine in the current alpha snapshots of Opera 10.5x. However, KDE users will get complete integration soon, which means they won't need GTK for anything at all.
