Can't access my files, got strange characters

I have successfully uploaded some files to MyOpera file storage. But then - I can't download, even can't delete those files.
Seems MyOpera doesn't like some characters in filenames?

Examples (real names without ""!):
file named "Ermir - Sysadmin’s handbook (Opera 10.10).mht"
trying access file, got message
"The requested URL /mlnay/files/Ermir - SysadminГўВЂВ™s handbook (Opera 10.10).mht was not found on this server"

another file "mrclay.org » Archive » MyPage Bookmarklet.mht"
message "The requested URL /mlnay/tmp/mrclay.org Г‚В» Archive Г‚В» MyPage Bookmarklet.mht was not found on this server"

(Win XPpro SP3, Opera 10.51ru, MyOpera site language: RU)

I also experience the same problem. Very difficult to download a file that I upload to My Opera File storage. I can't even erase a file, can't create a directory, and a recurring confirmation page to download, although I was login. Very strange, because my files are only document files, with zip extension.

Yesterday is history, tomorrow is mystery, but today is a gift, that's why it's called present
