Nice little review of Opera Mini on my LG Xenon
Well, first of all, hello, this will be my first review of an application for my phone. I'm also a fairly new user here at opera. But, I'll try to make this brief, as I'm in a little bit of a hurry here in the morning.
Okay, so, here we go...
As some of you may know, AT&T has heavily limited their phones. They will only give full access (on-line apps and such) to applications which have been signed with A&T, the ones you have to pay via the MediaMall. Which sucks for normal users, especially with the nice website of getjar.com. Now, that doesn't mean I don't like the fast speeds I get with AT&T. That's part of the reason why I'm staying with them.
The downside with Opera Mini 5 is the limits with AT&T. If Opera could somehow make a work around this, that would be great. So far, that is the only downside, that and the bit of delay when running on the LG Xenon. But, that is mostly due to the phone itself, it doesn't have much of a capacity for great applications like Opera Mini.
But, I do plan to get a new phone soon. I was thinking of getting the Google Nexus One. But, I'm not sure if Opera will work with that. That is still a month or two out though.
I hope you guys enjoy my quick little review.
