Inline vs fullscreen editing

hi all..,
i hav a question regarding performance of inline editing of OM and fullscreen editing.
Whenever i hav 2 quote a big section for replying in forum like opera mini or any where the edit box appear with section i hv quoted. Writing anything to this editbox in inline edit mode is quite hectic such as writing hangs, alphabates takes too mch time to appear, cursor does not move properly etc. But writing same thing in fullscreen edit mode works very smoothly.
Does it mean om5 cant handle big text in inline edit mode?

Inline input is handy for entering captcha, but I use full screen edit mostly.

I can't even see the captcha image here without magnifying it in a screen capture utility.

You got that right, but those images are still abnormally tiny on my device even though my bifocal contact lenses correct my near vision problems in addition to the extreme myopia.

Lately I've reached the conclusion that much of the difficulty I have with images and fonts being too small in Mini 5 is caused by poor or non-existent VGA support (Opera specifies QVGA in their system requirements). I have some older apps on my device that were written before the VGA screens came into use on mobile devices, and the effect on this device is the same. Sometimes even the toolbar icons are barely recognizable.

Captcha images are hard to make out even when magnified. They're purposefully distorted to keep the robots out, but they keep some humans out at the same time. Yahoo's verification images are the worst I've ever seen; they're absolutely unreasonable, and I had to give up trying to open a Yahoo account a long time ago.

YOu can easily switch between inline and full screen. All you have to do is press the "left action key" and select full screen editing or something like that. Also pressing and holding the "select" button also works.

You can increase the image size by increasing the image quality. Press #8 and scroll down to the image quality (2nd item). Then press the left select button. THen select the "high" or medium quality. I use the "high" quality by default. Also the ability to get perminent fullscreen edit is in the "advanced" option.

That's not in the native WM version, at least on my device. The only advanced option I have is the protocol, which I've set to socket. As for the image quality, I always use high, too. Nevertheless, the captcha images are still tiny, usually as small as an average submit button, but sometimes even smaller. I'm pretty sure this is a VGA compatibility issue. A variable zoom feature could solve this.

BTW, the zoom level options that show up beneath an image when I open it on a separate page do not work. I get an "unsupported protocol" message.

It seems that Opera's goal, the same browsing experience on all platforms, is still a long way off.

Hmm strange, on my K800i img size depends on quality.
