Some files not viewable

I have put a folder with files in it for others to view in my file sharing folder

I can see some of them ...like PDF's but can not see them all

are there any formats that would not be visible with Unite?

also, I added a folder in my photo's and I can not see it from the outside

Still learning here. Using 10.50, I tried the update on another pc but it was too buggy
