Opera Link Latency/etc. on Older Accounts

So I admit, I was a dick and an asshat the last time I posted on this, unfortunately it doesn't mean there isn't actually a problem.

I tried signing up for a new account, and that fixed the problem, but once I moved back to the old account, it took less than a day for problems to come back. The most visible of which right now is that bookmarks that I've deleted have been re-appearing many many many many times over, as my screen shot shows. In between me taking the screenshot and posting, the number of duplicates has actually at least doubled.

Syncing takes forever, and for at least the past couple of weeks, whenever I closed Opera, synchronizing would show up and wouldn't go away, sometimes it would just hang. When I browse the page at link.opera.com, the pages take forever to load. Again, none of this happens with the new account I created, just this one, that I've had since most fanboys still hung out on newsgroups.

So either the server that's servicing old accounts is messing up, or all the smart programmers work on the new servers, and all the stupid programmers work on the old servers (highly unlikely).
