Opera Mini 4.2 no longer gives me SAVE PAGES option on my Blackberry

I reinstalled Opera Mini 4.2 on my Blackberry 8900. This is the same phone that I successfully saved many, many pages using Opera Mini 4.2. I like 4.2 a little better than Opera 5.0. When I reinstalled 4.2, the save pages options no longer appears. Confused and frustrated. Why can I no longer save pages? Where is the save pages option? I am using the same phone. Thanks.

Hmm i think you got basic version by mistake..download again with default browser from operamini.com..it will give you correct jsr75 version...
Also set application permissions to allow by going to options-advanced-applications

Darn. I tried it, still no luck. Thanks very much, though. I uninstalled Opera. Went to operamini.com. Installed 4.2 for Blackberry. Set all the permissions to allow. No luck. I don't see anywhere where I can SAVE. Blackberry Curve 8900 (the same phone where is used to be able to save fine). Any other thoughts? No matter what, THANKS.

This is the addy I had to use to get the version that supports saved pages on my Curve. Hope this helps. http://mini.opera.com/mini.jad?rnd=2328995739&cert=none&edition=hifi&rel=4

JBJ469 -- you are my HERO! I've been on this for three days. Great job. No one could solve this riddle -- T-Mobile, Opera, Crackberry. Great job! Really appreciate it. Matt.

Type "yahoo" into the address bar and try to sign in. The result? I guess that all versions 4 and 5(?) can't resolve 'sign in' link if OM is not directly downloaded via m.opera.com with normal redirection via tags. I can confirm this behavior with OM dl via posted link.

Glad I could help. I had no issues signing in by typing yahoo into the address bar...not sure what might be causing that problem for you.

Thanks for confirmation, a server mood seems to be the reason after all.
