Make Panels full browsable and more feature rich
I use Opera since years, but never used custom Panels. But since I know this feature, it's really nice. But Panels have to be more handy. I wish me the following features:1. Adding Panels via existing bookmarks
2. 'small screen' mode by default or saving it's state on quit.
3. No Panel icon reordering on quit. Save their order on quit, please.
4. Full browseable functionality like an 'Opera Mobile' device.
Do you have more ideas?

#3 is a problem on your side, try switching to the default toolbar.ini or menu.ini (back up your olds one first) and see if it happens again
