I have some points which could improve Opera Mini a lot:

Display all bookmarks, not just the mobile ones
Allow folders in the bookmarks
Replace the "recommend to a friend"-bar with a link to the RSS-Page
Sync RSS Feeds (with Opera Desktop, too)
Easier access to the synced notes
Let the user decide if he wants to use the touch-interface or the keypad-interface (I have a phone with both a touchscreen and a keypad and would sometimes prefer to control OM 5 with keys only)
