This is funny
Firefox won't release a version for mobile phones. They are only going to release to certain smart phones as well. Blackberries, iPhones, and others of similarity won't be able to get Firefox. Also, normal feature phones will not have a firefox version. You'd think they couldn't code something as great as Opera.Anyone else enjoying Opera Mini on their phone? If so, which phone are you using?

firefox has also lanuched its fenix browser 4 some nokia's line x based mobile phones
Yes, but that is only smartphones. Nothing for regular feature phones. Hell, when I get the HTC Nexus One by Google, I plan to get Opera Mini for it through the Android market. Since there are no plans for firefox to release a version in the Android market either.

It's true that Mozilla is working on smartphones rather than feature phones. In 2010 we are focusing on two platforms: Nokia Maemo and Google Android. Version 1.0 of Firefox for Maemo was released in January and version 1.1 will be released next month. The first Android preview build is out today; alpha and beta releases will follow, with a final release in the Android market sometime this year. There is also an unofficial port getting started for Palm webOS, and an older alpha version for Windows Mobile (no longer actively developed).
Right now we have no plans to write our own proxy browser like Opera Mini, or to port Firefox to feature phones. We're starting with the same Firefox source code that runs on Windows/Mac/Linux computers, improving its speed and responsiveness for mobile hardware, and giving it a new UI designed for touch-screen devices. We've chosen not to spend our effort on platforms like the iPhone that don't allow us to distribute our own JavaScript/HTML/CSS engine, or on Java-only or .NET-only platforms (since the Mozilla platform is mostly written in C++). I'm happy that other good browsers like Opera and Opera Mini are available for all those systems instead!
http://www.mozilla.com/mobile/ has more information about Firefox for mobile phones, and I'm happy to answer any other questions.
Edit: And now a very early Android preview is available: http://blog.vlad1.com/2010/04/27/fennec-on-android-ground-zero/
