This seems a "memory corrupted" case, i.e. often it happens closing (killing) OperaMini with the Red button, to avoid the issue you must end your session with Menu > Exit

To solve a "clean install" is in order, Delete the troubled OperaMini (vers. 5 final ? ) , switch off the phone, pull out the battery ~5min , reassemble the phone and download OperaMini with your phone's browser at http://m.opera.com (it shall recognize the model)

To have both versions you should install the renamed OM4 , you'll find it under the "Other download options" link at m.opera.com ^^ there are the certificated versions too ,

To keep your bookmarks available in the new installation you ought to synchronize a client with OperaLink before doing the clean install wink
