Clicking on link brings up blank page in HP's site.

In HP's site on this page;
http://h10010.www1.hp.com/wwpc/pscmisc/vac/us/en/sm/notebooks/6545b.html

when I click on the red "Configure Energy Star" button, all I get is a blank page with the following text in the upper left corner;

error '80020009'

/dstore/include/CHARset_inc.asp, line 190

Using Firefox, after a 10 second delay, the correct page displays. What's up?
Removing the menu bar is the same as blocking access to a vehicle engine by removing the hood access.
No wonder Opera continues to loose users.

It displayed ok for me after the 15 second delay. Using 10.10 Solaris. Also works with 10.51 Windows.

When I re-clicked on the link above, the page 'hung' at 14 0f 15 "elements".
I then clicked on that link in the page and it did return the correct page. No changes here from yesterday.

First off, exactly what are these "elements" other than data that make up a web page?
Second, what does that error message mean I quoted?? I have seen error messages similar to that before, usually something about a Apache server.
