[10.52 b3347] Top window bug render problem is still here
Hi, I know this issue was fixed for 10.52 and when some window overlap Opera, it scrolls normally now. But when this window is tooltip...
So, how to reproduce.
1. Over image or any other element that have "title" attribute and wait when tooltip appears. Let's use this editor as test case, so over the "B" button
2. Scroll down with mouse wheel 2 lines down (note, I have "Smooth scrolling" option disabled)
3. The gray box appears on a place where tooltip was after 1st scroll line.
