Opening links from external applications in Opera 10.5x doesn't bring opera to front

This happens since several builds:
When clicking a link in my IM app or opening a .URL file, or when I click on the "new mail" popup, Opera simply keeps sitting minimized in the task bar and isn't being restored and brought to front.

Using Windows 7 64Bit SP1 and of course Opera
(If nothing else stated the most current weekly) on a nice Dell Studio XPS 16!
