Is YouTube broken with Opera /again/?

Just now, I noticed that YouTube videos are telling me I have old Flash, and should upgrade. The version of Flash I have is the same one that the Adobe download page offers. What's more, YouTube had been working fine with 10.51 until this started happening. Also, Firefox is using the same version of Flash, and YouTube is working fine with it.

I do use Proxomitron, but I have it enabled in both Opera and FF, and disabling proxies in Opera makes no difference.

What gives?

I submitted a web-page bug for this, DSK-294227. It might be something on YouTube's end; when they changed to their new layout I have to click-to-activate the videos.
