Can't add a bookmark in a new folder in sidebar

1. create a new folder in sidebar

2. try to drag and drop an open tab into that folder

Seemingly nothing happens here. Then I found out that the bookmark does get added, but one folder up, in the 'parent' folder. If the target folder doesn't have one it will get added into the bookmarks in general, without any folder.

Opera 12.13, Windows 7.
